Side is a job-hunting platform that's reshaping the temporary work landscape. Putting aside the classic CV, Side prioritizes mindsets driven by ambition and motivation, aiming to provide opportunities to all. The company values a healthy work-life balance and promotes personal fulfillment and empowerment.

At LORD, we chose to celebrate this disruptive and refreshing approach to work by highlighting Side's community: the Siders. They had become real ambassadors of this new work philosophy and naturally, the brand's greatest asset.

We launched Side's rebranding with a powerful tagline, "les pros d’un nouveau monde", positioning it as a movement for change led by the Siders.

Side's new identity embodies both a lifestyle approach and a strong brand presence. Minimal yet impactful, the new territory boldly proclaims a dynamic movement in full swing, poised to shake things up. It empowers the new generation to seize control of their destiny, granting them the unequivocal legitimacy to find their path and shape their future.
